B’nai B’rith Federation House represents a covenant between Jewish Community Housing Corporation (JCHC) and B’nai B’rith International to provide quality residences where older adults can thrive, stay socially connected, and truly belong. We provide peaceful, purposeful living and a wealth of activities, wellness programs, amenities, and services for a fulfilling experience that seniors ages 62+ of all faiths and walks of life can enjoy.

B’nai B’rith Federation House makes all of this accessible for older adults, regardless of budget or beliefs. Residents can enjoy a full menu of activities, opportunities to stay active and be well, housekeeping (available on a sliding scale), and personal services, transportation, and much more.

B’nai B’rith Federation House is open to all adults ages 62 and older, as well as individuals with disabilities. We encourage interested prospective residents to contact our team to discuss specific eligibility requirements and availability.
Under the HUD-subsidized housing program, residents pay a percentage of their income toward rent versus a fixed market-rate, which helps keep quality senior living affordable for those with limited incomes.
B’nai B’rith Federation House is currently at full occupancy. We are accepting applications for our waitlist. If you’d like to reserve your space on the waitlist, please contact our team to begin the application process. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. Applications are processed in the order they are received.
Absolutely! B’nai B’rith Federation House is designed to support residents with mobility needs and includes accessible design elements throughout. Our 24/7 individual emergency response system also ensures around-the-clock peace of mind for residents and their families.
