At JCHC, our mission is simple: to provide safe, supportive, and enriching housing for older adults in the heart of our MetroWest community—serving Essex, Morris, Sussex, and northern Union counties. For more than 40 years, we’ve been creating places that feel like home, where seniors can thrive with independence, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.

You can also learn about our four senior apartment communities—developed from the ground up and lovingly managed by our team. If you’re interested in applying for an apartment for yourself or a family member, we’re happy to walk you through the process.
