Meet a JCHC Staff Member: Kendra Asfor

Meet our wonderful Activity Assistant, Kendra! She’s been the “community life support” here at Lester Senior Living for over 5 years! Our senior living community just wouldn’t be the same without her positive outlook, high energy and the empathetic, caring approach she takes when building connections with each resident.  Kendra does everything in her power to not only find an activity that each senior loves, but to make sure they can participate safely – and to their fullest ability.

About the Jewish Community Housing Corporation (JCHC)

The JCHC, a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization rooted in Jewish values, was founded in 1983 with the mission of providing senior citizens with affordable homes in nurturing and enriching communities in Greater MetroWest NJ (which encompasses 5 counties in Northern NJ). In addition to owning, managing and operating a variety of residential options for seniors, the JCHC continues to develop a range of programs and activities to enhance resident quality of life and to provide both residents and their loved ones with the peace of mind that they are in good hands.
